Completed his Family Practice Residency at the county hospital in Stockton, CA; Board certified in Family Practice that year and recertified in 2002.  Received his bachelor’s degree in Physiology from UC Davis in 1988 and his MD from the Chicago Medical School in 1993.  Dr. Davainis sees the full spectrum of family practice patients, but has particular interest in seeing obstetrics and pediatrics patients.

Provides a wide range of women's health services and surgical procedures. Attended University of Arizona in 1980 graduating with honors in 1984; completed OBGyn residency at the University of Oklahoma.  Retired Navy Captain, served as Chairman of ObGyn Department at Naval Medical Center, San Diego prior to coming to Northeastern.Served with Marine Corps Medical Battalion in Somalia and Iraq conflicts. Awarded the Humanitarian Service Award 2008 by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists May 2008.

Richard Carlton MD, Physician, Board Certified Family Practice

Joined Northeastern Rural Health Clinics in 2010. Graduated from Walla Walla College in 1991 with BS in Biology. Attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine receiving MD in 1995. Dr. Carlton completed Family Practice Residency from Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in 2002. In August of 2004 he received Honroable Discharge from the Medical Corps, US Naval Reserve Rank, LCDR.
